Write to me.

It comes to my inbox, and I answer it. Not a team, not a ticketing system.

[email protected]

I read everything. Give me a day or two on the replies.

If you’re writing because things are hard at home right now, you don’t need to have it organized before you send it. Tell me how old your teenager is and what the last week has looked like. That’s enough for me to be useful.

Before you write

Some things have a faster route.

Curious

You want to know how I work

The free masterclass is the whole framework in one sitting, and it answers more than an email from me would.

Ready

You want to work with me

Apply for the Intensive. It’s a short form and it’s the fastest way into an actual conversation.

Media

You’re booking a podcast, panel or interview

Write to the address above with the show and the date. The PACE Setter Method page has the definition and topics you’d want for show notes.

Schools

You want me to speak to your parents

I do parent nights and staff trainings for schools, churches and teams. Tell me the group and roughly how many people.

One thing I have to say plainly. I’m a coach, not a therapist or a psychiatrist, and coaching is not therapy or medical care. If your teenager is in crisis — self-harm, substance dependence, violence, or anything that frightens you — please call your pediatrician, a licensed therapist, or emergency services. In the US you can reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988. I’ll tell you the same thing if you write to me, and I’d rather you didn’t lose the days waiting on my reply.
